Redemption Methods of Free Parking Privileges
- V Walk Customer Care Centre, Level 2 (by same-day electronic receipts)
- The Point App (by bonus points)
- All free parking privileges at V Walk are exclusive to The Point members only, including the basic free parking scheme at the mall, promotional parking privileges, parking offers for SHKP Club Star Members, SmarTone Plus Members and UnionPay cardholders.
- Members must use the same Octopus Card or Contactless Parking Service (provided by The Point App) to enter and exit the car park in order to redeem free parking privileges.
- Only private vehicles are eligible for free parking privileges.
- Public transport vehicles (including taxi), loading and unloading of goods by any vehicles are not eligible for free parking privileges.
- Free parking privilege is only valid for vehicles driving into V Walk commercial carpark between 07:00 and 22:00 from Monday to Sunday (including Public Holidays).
- Free parking privilege is only applicable to vehicles at V Walk commercial carpark and not applicable to Cullinan West visitor (hourly rental) carpark.
- After making designated same-day spending at V Walk, members can redeem free parking hours either by presenting the original same-day merchant’s machine-printed sales receipts and corresponding electronic payment slips at the Customer Care Centre of V Walk on Level 2.
- Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays): members can redeem 1 hour free parking privilege upon redemption by 1,500 bonus point or same-day electronic spending over HK$200 and get extra 2-hour free parking offer with 2 same-day GH V Walk movie tickets. Members can redeem 2 hours or 3 hours free parking privilege upon same-day electronic spending of HK$300 or over HK$400 respectively.
- Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays: members can redeem 1 hour free parking privilege upon redemption by 3,000 bonus point or same-day electronic spending over HK$200. Members can redeem 2 hours or 3 hours free parking privilege upon same-day electronic spending over HK$300 or over HK$400 respectively.
- Only same-day movie tickets or end-of-ticket with electronic spending is accepted for redeeming Free Parking Privilege. Any complimentary tickets or any tickets being purchased in forms of gift certificate or cash coupon is not allowed for redeeming free parking privilege.
- Maximum 1 hour free parking privilege can be redeemed by The Point members using The Point bonus points. Each member can only redeem one free parking privilege per visit of V Walk through same-day electronic spending and/ or same-day GH V Walk movie tickets and/ or V Walk 1 hour parking coupon and/ or 1 hour parking eCoupon and/ or The Point bonus points respectively. Maximum 3 hours free parking privilege can be redeemed by member per visit. For members who wish to redeem free parking privilege by same-day electronic spending, same-day movie tickets, and The Point bonus points at V Walk Customer Care Centre, is required to register for the free parking privilege with same-day electronic spending and same-day movie tickets and then complete the redemption process by The Point bonus points on The Point App. No addition free parking privilege by The Point bonus points will be entitled by members who have registered 3 hours parking privilege at the Customer Care Centre in advance.
- Eligible electronic payments are limited to credit cards, EPS, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Union Pay Quick Pass, BoC Pay, Cash Dollars, WeChat Pay, AliPay, PayMe by HSBC or other stored value facilities under the regulatory supervision of the “Payment Systems and Stored Value Facilities Ordinance” (Cap. 584) (including Octopus Card, Octopus O!ePay, Tap & Go and TNG Wallet).
- The highest amounts stated on merchant's machine-printed receipts or corresponding electronic payment slips will be counted towards redemption (while discounts, the use of cash coupons, promotion coupons or promotional codes deducted amount will not be counted). For installation payment, the full amount listed on the merchant’s machine-printed receipt will be counted towards redemption. For deposit payment and corresponding balance payment, the amount listed on the respective merchant’s machine-printed receipts will be counted towards redemption.
- Each member can present maximum of 2 sets of merchant machine-printed invoices and the corresponding electronic payment slips from different merchants or a single merchant with the corresponding electronic payment slips on the same transaction day. Except for movie tickets and cinema merchandises, the spending amount on each receipt must be HK$100 or above. Amounts under HK$1 will not be counted towards bonus points.
- There is no minimum spending applies for the movie tickets and cinema merchandises including purchase in snack stall/ gifts shop. Members are required to present the movie ticket and the purchase receipt / purchase confirmation email or screenshot as proof.
- Members are required to settle all outstanding parking fee and cancel the registered bonus points (if applicable) at L2 Customer Care Centre prior to refund.
- Once the free parking privileges are redeemed, they can only be used on the same day parking visit. It cannot be reserved for future use.
- The Point members can redeem free parking by points upon completion of Contactless Parking Service registration with registered car plate.
- The Point members should ensure the redemption process has been completed (redemption details such as date and hours redeemed by the Point bonus point can be checked at the “Parking Summary” page in The Point App). No refunds will be issued for charges due to an unsuccessful redemption.
- Unless otherwise specified, parking privileges cannot be used in conjunction with other parking offers (except the standard parking offers).
- Regular hourly rates shall apply for every additional hour parked beyond the redeemed free parking hours. A partial hour is considered a full hour unless stated otherwise.
- Free parking privileges cannot be redeemed once the parking fee is settled.
- Free parking privileges are available on a first come, first served basis, and is subject to availability of parking spaces. V Walk reserves the right to change, amend or terminate the free parking privilege without prior notice.
- V Walk will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused due to third-party access to The Point App from stolen or lost personal mobile devices.
- The parking privilege cannot be split, transferred, refunded or exchanged for cash or cash-equivalent coupons.

- Staff of SHKP Malls and shop staff at mall merchants (“shop staff”) whom are members of The Point membership program are not eligible to redeem free parking privileges from the SHKP mall that they work for.
- V Walk reserves the absolute right to change or amend the terms and conditions of the parking privileges without any prior notice, as well as the right to refuse any free parking redemption by ineligible receipts or payment slips. In the event of a dispute, V Walk reserves the absolute right of final decision on the interpretation of the terms and conditions.
